We're hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator to be the bridge between a closed deal and a delighted client. When our sales team signs a new customer, you make sure everything needed for fulfillment is collected, accurate, and moving — fast. This is an in-office role at our Wayzata headquarters for someone highly technical who already uses AI tools every day.
What you'll do
- Transform completed sales deals into fulfilled orders by gathering and coordinating fulfillment requirements
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline integrity across the sales organization
- Collaborate with the sales team to finalize post-closing details and hand off clean orders
- Leverage AI tools to eliminate manual processes and resolve operational challenges
- Chase down missing information so orders never lose momentum
- Balance administrative, coordination, and problem-solving work in a fast-growing company
