We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to conduct warm outbound calls to small home improvement business owners across the country. You'll assess each client's goals, recommend the right service tier, and convert prospects into signed customers. This is an on-site telesales role at our Wayzata headquarters with uncapped earning potential.
What you'll do
- Conduct warm outbound calls to small home improvement business owners nationwide
- Assess client objectives and recommend the appropriate service tier
- Convert prospects into signed customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records in our CRM
- Develop customer relationships that enable future upsells
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in phone sales, sales, or a similar closing role
- Confidence communicating with small business owners about growth opportunities
- Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset
- Organizational skills to manage a pipeline without losing leads
Nice to have
- Background selling marketing, advertising, SaaS, or business services
- Proficiency with CRMs and sales tools
