What's new: Update Google by text, connect your CRM, and more room to chat
This week Jessica got handier with your Google listing: just text her the change. Connecting your CRM is easier, and your website editor gives you more room to chat.
Update your Google listing by text
What changed: Text Jessica changes like new hours, a holiday closure, a service to add or a new line for your description, and she updates your Google Business Profile. Your website is updated to match.
Why it matters: Customers searching for you always see accurate hours and services, without you logging in anywhere.
How to try it: Text Jessica something like "we're closed Friday for a family event" or "add water heater installation to my Google."
Connect your CRM
What changed: Command Center now has a Connect your CRM option that asks which CRM you use. Jobber users can sign in and connect in a tap, and anyone else can tell us their CRM or start on the free Oxsome CRM.
Why it matters: When Jessica can see your real schedule, she books jobs smoothly and keeps your calendar in one place.
How to try it: Open the Comms Agent card on your Command Center dashboard and tap Connect your CRM.
More room to chat in your website editor
What changed: The AI chat beside your website editor is wider by default, and you can drag it wider still. You can also collapse the buttons at the top to give the chat even more space.
Why it matters: Editing your site is quicker when the AI's replies are easy to read.
How to try it: Open your AI Website in Command Center, then drag the edge of the chat or tap the collapse arrow next to your business name.
