Jessica now sends one daily text with drafted replies to your social comments. You can also approve Google Business Profile changes and weekly blog drafts yourself in Command Center.
One daily text with drafted replies to your social comments
What changed: Instead of a message for every comment, Jessica sends one text a day that says how many comments came in and includes a drafted reply for each one worth answering. Your Auto Publish and approval settings are applied automatically.
Why it matters: Customers who comment on your posts get an answer, and you only need one text a day to stay on top of it.
How to try it: Reply to Jessica's daily recap text to send the drafts, or open Social in Command Center to send them from there.
Approve your own Google Business Profile changes
What changed: When Oxsome suggests updates to your Google Business Profile, you get an email as soon as new ones are waiting, and you can approve or reject them yourself. This applies if you have Auto Publish turned off.
Why it matters: Your Google listing stays current without waiting on anyone, and nothing changes on it without your OK.
How to try it: Open the Google tab in Command Center, or follow the link in the approval email.
Review and approve your weekly blog post in Command Center
What changed: Your weekly AI blog draft now appears on the SEO Agent page, where you can read it, edit the text, approve it or discard it.
Why it matters: New posts keep going up on your website every week, written the way you want them.
How to try it: Tap the review button in your weekly blog email, or open the SEO Agent page in Command Center.
